Dear Parents,

I’m thrilled you are interested in joining My Friends’ Montessori Preschool Coop. Please fill out the application form to attend. If accepted, you will need to fill out additional forms required by the state including a copy of your vaccination records for your child.

Please attach a check to the application for $100 made payable to Bonnie Wacker to secure your spot. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward your first month’s tuition. If you don’t join us it will be used to advertise to fill your spot. As I am a small school I really depend on my parents to make a firm commitment for the whole year as it is very difficult for me to fill spots after we start. I prefer a two year commitment. It looks like we’ll start the year with 11 or 12 students and as is typical usually 2 families end up moving etc. so we’ll end up around 10.
